Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Court-jus Production, an audiovisual production company, and any person purchasing services on our website.

Article 3 – Order and acceptance of terms and conditions

Any order placed on our website implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. By confirming the order, the customer accepts all of the terms and conditions.

Article 4 – Rates

The prices of services are indicated in , inclusive of all taxes (VAT), unless otherwise stated on the website. Court-jus Production reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time of the order.

Article 5 – Payment terms

Payment for services shall be made as follows: bank cheque. Payment is due upon placing the order.

Article 6 – Delivery of services

The delivery times for services will be specified when the order is placed. Court-jus Production undertakes to meet these deadlines as far as possible. In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 7 – Cancellation and withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of signing the contract for a service, unless the service has already begun with the customer’s prior agreement.

Article 8 – Liability

Court-jus Production undertakes to provide high-quality services in accordance with industry standards. However, in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the services, Court-jus Production’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the order in question.

Article 9 – Personal data

Personal data collected on our website is processed in accordance with the website’s privacy policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 10 – Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. If no agreement can be reached, the competent court will be that of Clermont-Ferrand.
